No wonder the club is having to sort out the "legal stuff". It could be heading for big trouble if it is not careful. The "shares" package was advertised at £250 + vat. As far as I can recall, there was no reference to premiums in the initial offer.
Value of premimums? Possible allegations of favouritism? This could be a legal and Google Page Ranking minefield. |
