Rob "fairly, blah blah blah - but we've won a lot of friends by seeking to pay off the full amount rather than going down the percentage route"

excuse me? we weren't given the option of going down the percentage route! we were told to pay it all and we haven't. How many friends have we won and how many have we lost and how many have we found that we thought were friends and now we know they aren't really friends at all?
