Yes I have seen the offender and informed on him but it hasn't made much difference. He also seems to know it was me that sent the environmental health people round..... (Could be something to do with them knocking on my door first to check if that was where the offender lived).
He has been very threatening in his behavior towards me. He hasn't said much but it's the
leer on his face and he still lets his dogs foul everywhere but at night instead now. I'm not sure it is safe these days to encourage people to take pictures of offenders. (Make myself sound about 90. I'm not - only 30
