The more I read that interview, the angrier I become.

The simple fact of the matter is that had Ilyas & Peter Marsden not been in that court room, ASFC would have ceased to exist yesterday. For the club to say that they were waiting for the funds to clear so that the directors £100k could be paid is just not acceptable. It was their RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that money was available - they had known the deadline for long enough. Even if that part of the interview answer is true, it reveals incompetence of the highest order.

To claim some kind of mix-up in court is an expression of similar incompetence.

There should be no mention of "unforeseen difficulties". Competent managers foresee and anticipate difficulties - that is their job.

Finally, why is there no mention of those who supposedly reneged on loans? That seems to have been forgotten. Was it another part of the smokescreen?
