Suprised they havent set up hug n cuddle clinics for the yobs. Got to agree that their mentality will have them seeing it as a badge of honour. As for bringing back the stocks then let their victims have the first shot with what they deem suitable for the actions they suffered.

If polititions dont get their heads out of the clouds in cloud cuckoo land then we could end up with a society along the Mad Max movies lines.
