One of the most fascinating programmes I ever saw was Channel 4's 100% English.

Carole Thatcher was mainly of middle eastern origin, if my memory serves me correctly, and righ-wing bigot Garry Bushell's genetic makeup was predominantly African, which was somewhat shocking for a white racist.
