if your refering to the 360 you can already unban your 360 from live, i did post how but it got deleted and yes hackers have already got to work on a new firmware thats going to be harder for microsoft to detect so if you have a modified 360 and are not yet banned stay off line with it for a while then get your 360 reflashed
they have already been testing it during the latest wave of bannings and they have not as of yet been detected
its quite a game of cat and mouse the hackers and microsoft are playing with each other i remember when they got linux running on teh xbox 1 , bill gates went mental lol
