a friend of mine looked into buying the place a few years back but there was too much work needed to get it up to spec
usally when they are going to do somting with a building they stick posters on lamp posts near by to notify teh public as well as announce plans applied for in the local paper
i can only guess that if not demolition then probably flats or as they liek to call flats in accrington ( luxury appartments ) roflmfao
