I take it that that is your way of avoiding an uncomfortable question.
Well, during more than half a century of watching football I've encountered many instances of spectators criticizing their own team after a bad defeat, I've seen players who were already in tears being booed off the field, I've heard countless calls for X,Y or Z to be sacked.
But I have to admit that until now I've never heard or read a 'supporter' expressing his satisfaction that one of his own team's players has been injured.
That's what my comments have been about, and despite your pathetic efforts to sidetrack the issue, that's what it's still about.
Your apology (not to me but to Ian Dunbavin) will allow this correspondence to come to a close.
