DO NOT USE LITTLE TREASURES IN ACCRINGTON,,,,,,I paid 70 pounds for my daughters party at little treasures, i was promised a fun time. What a big waste of money, the staff did not even speak to the children, nor did they interact with the children at the disco. The manager was keen to speak and welcome me when i enquired about booking it. However, once in the party he did not even pass a smile. In the promised Hawaian fun room for food, which was a pokey dark little room at the back of the centre, the plates were set out with sandwiches and biscuits. The children ate the biscuits and left the sandwhiches. then to add insult the staff rushed the children when the were eating and tempted them with ice cream to rush them, that then caused the children to say they did not want their sandwhiches. there was loud banging coming from the gym above which frightened my baby nephew and he cried, i was not told that there would be banging (and it was loud banging like the roof was going to collapse) Manager did not ask if we enjoyed the party he just kept looking at me and the clock when it was nearly time for the children to leave. I took my daughter to use the toilet and there was urine covering the cubicle floor, there was a member of staff in the toilets emptying the bins and did not even attempt to clean the urine. What a let down and a total rip off, glad my daughter was only 3 and didn't pick up on how terrible it was. When i contacted the manager later on in the evening he just said thanks for your comments i'm sorry you didnt like the party and that i should have expressed my concerns to him when he asked how i thought it had gone (which he did not ask).
