I had red hair when I was young and I was covered in freckles.Some of the kids poked fun at me(once)
The good news is that by the time I was 20 the freckles had gone,by the time I was 50 my hair was a lovely shade of ash blonde and the other kids made a complete recovery.
I developed a great sense of humour along the way.
