Have gone for this, this year .. wondered if it would be as succulent as a full turkey .. but a full one is so blooming messy .. ripping off the wings and the legs. Have googled and found lots of ways to cook. Without the arms and legs will it be just as good I wonder? Says on the label 'bone in with prime wing'

Does it have a backside to put the stuffing in ? As I am not the best of cooks any advice gratefully received ...
Also, has what looks like a drawing pin stuck in it which, seemingly, pops up when it is thoroughly cooked. Love to know the way this works.
