No Katex, a Turkey crown is just the double breast, all white meat....and no fighting over the legs or arguments about who gets the brown meat.
I think it is always safer to cook stuffing seprately.....you can use the juices from the turkey crown to make the stuffing.
When we have had turkey crown in the past, I have covered the breast with laced streaky bacon......it keeps the breast moist and adds flavour.......you can crumble this cooked bacon over your sprouts just before serving too.
We are giving turkey the flick this year.......have gone off it.
Will probably have roast Pork or beef.
