For the over 60's ...

There are now growing developments for Retirement Villages. They do appear to be a decent idea ... restaurants, swimming, care facilities, community rooms, functions, etc. Can either buy or rent a property and you do have top security.

Oakbridge Retirement Villages in Chorley, Lancashire, UK - The alternative to Care Home

Just feels like a Butlins to me for us senior citizens somehow, and wonder if that big balloon will appear if you try to escape ? Segregation and put out to grass springs to mind.

Would miss all the varying ages passing by in my street, particularly the children.
