Well it just took me an hour to get back from Crown, didn't want to risk Dill hall lane so come down into town, Whalley Rd was at a stand still, Hyndburn Rd slow, Dill hall lights to church lights very slow, going from Church lights to dill hall lights there was a wagon stuck, a tranny van that was passing him stuck and a car passing him stuck, all 3 lanes stuck
Union Rd was Ok, Rhyddings St and Catlw hall st passable with care
