Agree ... they just caught her off guard .. that's what they rely on ... people panicking .. and most banks have a service whereby they will inform you if they think anything suspicious going on.... but certainly not if they ring you. Looks like they may be buying something on line ... they do ask for these details. Card cancelled now of course.
Got me puzzled now Cashy with the insurance .. thought I paid some, but was probably when I had credit./store cards (aint now) . just cancelled these off .. but did leave the debit card on ... maybe just have to register it or summat ... will investigate .. ta.
