My street is as narrow as some of yours; so, there is no parking at any time. Maybe if you guys continue to get snowy winters, you will have to change your parking habits.

A very good point Eric, a lot of people over here have cars when they really don't need them. Yes I do know that for some people their own transport is vital but sorry there are far to many cars on the roads over here
