a new excuse up for grabs for exessive snow lol
as the councils accross teh country have near enough all been crippled by this freak snow i thought i would provide at least 1 excuse that sounds at least %10 believable as to why they were caught with there pants down and totaly unpreppared lol

if after reading this you feel a sudden anger towards china and feel the need to goto war with them just remember that if china are stopped you wont have any use for your sledge that you rushed out to buy as soon as teh snow started to fall
