Next game for Stanley if we are lucky is Tuesdays FA Cup 3rd Round rearrangement with Gillingham at the Crown but the next game for predictions is next Saturdays League 2 home fixture at the Crown for the visit of the Millers of Rotherham United, again if we are lucky but will start the thread off regardless.

At the time of writing, the Millers are in an automatic promotion place, 3rd with 39 points, 6 ahead of us but they have also played a game less. I remember listening to the fmc from 2br in the reverse fixture on the first day of the season and how robbed I felt when they scabbed a scrappy goal with 1 minute left. Since then, the Millers have been robbed of their manager by Barnsley but have managed to maintain their efforts of being tipped for promotion from day 1, loosing only 4 games so far, the least of all sides in league 2.

Since Rotherhams relegation to League 2, we have to be honest, struggled to get anything out of them, winning only once and drawing once and loosing the other 3 so how do you think we will fare next weekend, well as long as the pitch fares better that is.. Deadline for entries this week is as usual, kick off at 15:00GMT, Saturday 16th January
