They came and emptied ours today on Avenue Parade, but didn't drive up the back alleys, they walked up for the bins, emptied them in the waggon on the side streets, but then left all the bins on the side streets for people to drag back up themselves. When i'd dragged mine back i looked inside...which they obviously hadn't...because there were still three binbags inside, so its half full already!!
