You're being literal again. Where is it in the third world that they have no access, as stated there is always some form of amenity it may not be on their doorstep but something is available, same as in UK it may not be on your doorstep but something is in place.
as long as you insist on being literal, we won't get any further on with this, I must admit to frustration with this and your dogged obsession with the UK/3rd World comparison, perhaps it may have been the wrong euphemism to use, is that what you're wanting, for me to say I'm wrong ?
