Those nasty trans fats are the ones described as
'hydrogenated' or
'partly hydrogenated' on the label.
Doing that increases their shelf life (and manufacturers profits), but they are harder to digest.
I agree entirely with Entwisi - natural fats are best.
I only use butter and olive oil in preparing food.
