download and run crap cleaner (now known as ccleaner) from file hippo or similar, ... clean windows tab then analise registry and clean....then tools /startup and see what kicks in when you start your commie...anything that you can do without disable.....(
do not disable antivirus or firewall software).....this will clean your system but will not remove spyware/virus/malware etc.....this is just a registry/orphan clean, and is step 1...... i suspect there may be other things causing this but ccleaner is a usefull tool to have and its free!.... if not sure/confident go here for helpfiles
