Having looked at information appertaining to the subject of "Eugenics", I do feel that this would be & is a very emotive subject. As with all things there can be positives & negatives but due to the nature of the recent history of Europe, I think raising this topic would lead to a public outcry, although there would be some out there who commend its' merits.
Sadly though we are still dealing more with those who perpetrate such atrocities & what can be done about them, than the victims of said atrocious behaviour. If more of these bleeding heart individuals spent more time with the victims perhaps then attitudes would change for the better, instead of making excuses for "poor little Johnny" whose come from a broken background, maybe, just maybe more attention should be focused on the home & family that has just been destroyed "by poor little Johnny" & his Ilk & until that starts to visibly happen, the great British public will have no, or little time for the Johnny's of this world.
