Guess thats the problem emotions interferring with science .... how many more lives have been saved over the years by Radiation therapy than were killed by the 'bomb' , Sure Science when used badly sometimes does have horrific results , a prime example was the drug Thalidomine (sp?) who would have imagined the stuff still existed and was still in production 40 years after the birth deformities , but its still being used successfully in various treatments.
