I am not sure that these boys can be rehabilitated.......and fear that they will be let out of their 'young offenders camp' in a lot less than 10 years......the press seem to think that they will be allowed out in about 4 years to take their GCSE exams.....that is no time at all for such a hideously pre-meditated crime, and young enough for them to do it all over again.

Lock them away, work them hard(so hard that they haven't the energy to do anything bad) and let them out when someone is sure that they pose no danger to the public...like in 100 years.
not a hope in hell of any government taking that kind of action, its far too sensible.
