These two boys had no incentives to be good.......they were tainted by the lifestyle of their feral parents.......parents who allowed them to exposed to all kinds of bad practices, from taking cannabis(their mother put this in their food so that they would sleep - allegedly), drinking alcohol, and watching the most violent and pornographic videos.

They didn't get a childhood at all. I am not making excuses for the actions of these boys......but really they didn't stand a hope in hell of growing up straight.

So what would be the best line of treatment for them now?
I am not sure that these boys can be rehabilitated.......and fear that they will be let out of their 'young offenders camp' in a lot less than 10 years......the press seem to think that they will be allowed out in about 4 years to take their GCSE exams.....that is no time at all for such a hideously pre-meditated crime, and young enough for them to do it all over again.

Lock them away, work them hard(so hard that they haven't the energy to do anything bad) and let them out when someone is sure that they pose no danger to the public...like in 100 years.

not a hope in hell of any government taking that kind of action, its far too sensible.
