The standards board only sat for one meeting. They accepted that Graham had always made it clear that he lived on Hodder St. I was at the meeting along with other Peel ward residents supporting Graham.
No one suggested at the meeting that Graham did anything other than try to represent the people of Peel Ward.
The whole standards boards thing was basically a piece of Tory Political vindictiveness. They've never forgiving Graham for winning Accrington South in the County Elections
