Sums it up perfectly, really. Accy has everything in place to make it a thriving little centre, including the Victorian market and town halls which many other towns unwisely demolished in the modernising mania of the 60's. Add to that the superb, but neglected arcade and the quaint charm of the Warner Street area and you have a town centre with quite a lot of potential. Sadly, that potential has been squandered, thanks to the sheer stupidity of the council.
