St Mary's over Blackburn every time, (Clitheroe Royal 6th form, and Bacup & Rawtenstall are also excellent)
When my daughter applied to college she went to look around Accy/Ross, Blackburn & St Mary's. St Mary's required 3 Grade 'B's, both Blackburn and Accy said 'don't worry about your grades, we will find you a place doing something!!!
Guess which one she chose?!
