Your right keith the Montague arms was a stand alone pub right on the bus route, it was the only building left standing as all the surrounding houses had been demolished, used to go in the Monty any Thursday, Friday, or Saturday if I was working the South London run for Shopfitters. They called the Landlord Creeping Jesus, because of his long hair which was usually all the colours of the rainbow, he was also the Drummer, along with Peter London on Moog and Jimmy Jones Singer Comedian Compare. I still have I vinyl LP recoded live at the Monty. When it eventually closed they three of them moved to a night club somewhere in Kent called the King and Queen, can't think which town it was in may have been Canterbury but not sure. Can't remember Alan Luke though Keith, not by name anyway
