Another point to add to a post i started awhile back(ahem).......why, on recycling day when i get home from work do we have nearly as much recycling scattered on our front street than we had in our bags and boxes in the first place????? After emptying my own bins for 6 weeks over dec/jan am i now expected to clean the streets for the council as well????
