In that respect I am hopelessly out of touch. It's one of the kitchen essentials in my opinion and I couldn't make half of the recipes I use on a regular basis without flour. I suppose cornflour is out of fashion too?
Mind you, I just have the three types - SR, plain and strong white for bread.
