Who's going to handle their cups though, and hold the cups to their lips, after blowing on the hot coffee for them, to reduce the risk of the poor County Councillors burning themselves?
Whilst the rest of the county suffers the recession, at least those in County Hall can enjoy a Skinny Latte, without putting themselves in too much danger.
Let them eat cake, and drink a frothy cappuccino.
