Going back to the original idea on this thread. I think any new and interesting ideas should be welcomed. Young people need somewhere safe to go and to hang out. So, a safe place like an internet cafe might be used.
I know most young people have their own pcs or laptops, but they also like to gather in groups.
If you could set it up relatively cheaply then it could be a success. Good luck.
