Maybe voter apathy is playing a larger part today than it ever did in the past? We can argue till doomsday over the rights and wrongs of any particular administration, but at the end of the day -
particularly given today's benefits for all environment - people tend to vote for what they can squeeze out of the system whilst offering little or nothing in return.
