Of course the people spouting noncooperation with our police are dressed as 'terrorists'. There's no evidence they are, but the fact they dress this way is another form of sensationalism, and evidence of them being crass, and anti-social.
Just because someone wears a donkey mask on his head, doesn't mean he's an Ass...necessarily.
