The land is in Hyndburn,it is identified on HBC's master plan for industrial/commercial use. I don't think peel holdings will be involved since HBC turned their application down because it would take trade away from Accrington town centre, BwD were also against that development.Like you say BwD seem to be pushing this plan even though it's not within their boundary......Big Brother time eh
