Sounds very impressive, Graham. So if the EU is offering us all the many benefits that "Left Foot Forward" say they are, then why did Brown bottle out of giving us a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty/European Constitution that Blair promised us? In fact, why doesn't he give us a referendum on the whole question of our EU membership? After all, if the EU is such a blessing to this country, there would certainly be an overwhelming majority in favour...wouldn't there?
