Just a note to further Wyn's point, the Irish had a referendum as promised, they gave it a big "Do one" This was not accepted by the EU & Ireland were told to go away, think about it, & come back with the answer we want (EU).

The Irish were browbeaten & threatened, because they returned a NO vote !! incredulous ! & you're saying we should join freely with this band of bullies who coerced a free Country, who had a free vote, but were told that's not acceptable !! God forbid but the British People went to war to prevent such tyranny & look were its got us.

It was stated that should just one of the 27 member states refuse to accept it, it would be tossed out & there would be the end of it. Lies blatant Lies, they didn't chuck it out, they reworded it, put it back up on the table & as seen bullied people into signing up to the pile of dross, some didn't even get a say on the matter. And you really think we want a part of that ??? you sir are sadly deluded & others who think likewise are also sorely beguiled.
