Re: Ashes to Ashes; Dust to Daisies
when my Dad died we split his ashes so we could spread him in a number of places
he loved theLakes so theres some of him overlooking Tarn Howes
he loved the IOM so theres some in the park in Douglas
he loved the sea so theres some of him out at Fleetwood where we spent many happy holidays
they loved holidays in the caravan at Carnforth so we popped some there as well.
The rest well, we all got a film cannister full to keep where we want. I've carried mine under the seat of my motorcycles as he loved bikes and encouraged me into them for which I'm grateful.
I'm not sure where I fancy being spread. probably somewhere in teh Trough of Bowland as I love riding my bikes up there and a bit somewhere in Accy as I'm proud of where I come from.
