Not many details on this report but seemingly he had been the victim of taunting for years due to his mental disablement ... kids throwing stones at him, at the windows, nicknaming him 'Dopey Dave' .. even following him to the betting office as he regularly placed a 10p. bet, and the Manager had to ask him not to come in any more due to the disturbance the yobs caused.
The stories go on and on about this case ... heartbreaking. |
Just makes you wonder what this country has become over the years since we were in our teens kate, we have been failed by successive governments, who do not seem to have had the answers, Me thinks its time to turn the clock back and start again where kids respected their parents teachers and authority in general, now all we get is you can't touch me I've got rights. In my day you earned your rights as a kid not given them on a whim by dogooding muppets
