I reckon when it's money these animals want then there should be an arrangement made.. after all it's only money and when it has changed hands there is plenty of scope to track down and catch them.
Maybe I'm out of touch but I think there are at least 2 brits being held hostage for ransome.. financial ransome is alot different to people being held for political ransome.
