Latest hearsay on the land next to the theatre is that it is on offer for around £300,000 (seems could have
full planning permission for housing). HBC would like LCC to buy it back. HBC would be responsible for developing the car park and LCC would lease it to HBC. Problem is, LCC 'aint got no money...
So no goer really, however, would love to know exactly the correct version if this is not it.
