The problems only arise when people with poor interrelationship skills, get annoyed when people aren't won over by their arguments.

I have to agree with you (well, I don't have to; but I am swayed by your argument) .... but isn't "poor interrelationship skills" a tad euphemistic? "Idiots" and "assholes" are perfectly appropriate terms ... and a touch more direct.
