I have been given a phillips laptop, its wireless and can get it to connect via wireless to my router but it will not connect to the internet. I have even tried with a cable straight to the router and still no joy. Anyone any ideas what i could try to get it working?? I have disabled firewall etc but still cant connect to internet. (sorry, am not very technical and have no idea what i am going on about so will just describe best as i can
)
