How dare you! Don't you dare call me mad that is as offensive as saying that all homosexuals should be called gay, some of them can be as miserable as the rest of us.
In future when referring to my affliction please use the term 'not a full shilling', or perhaps just say gently, 'it's a shame about his loose screw, if it was ever to fall out he will have lost the lot'.
