Stewards have been sound for weeks, since "Flaggate".....
But giving a kid a letter & not letting him in is a bit over the top. How about send him to see Chief Steward ie like a headmaster.... Warn him, let one of the Ultras speak to him.... I don't know, just seems completely over the top, without common sense or to use the favourite term "Elfs or Safety's"
