I have only part read/browsed it yet, but what I have read makes sense when I recall which foods I have a sluggish reaction to, and those which I instinctively avoid.
I am surprised to find that chicken is mildly toxic for me, but turkey and pheasant are fine.
That is just one of many snippets of dietary advice aimed at blood group B.
I am going to give the recommendations a try.

Thanks Margaret for reminding me about this book.
Some time ago I translated the B group(from this book) into Italian for a friend and he has followed it scrupulously.
However, I tried it for for a few weeks(I'm A group) but I just couldn't give up my dairy products(especially milk!) and the cheeses I love most, I wasn't supposed to eat!
I really hope you have better luck
