Sorry John
but we do have a constitution, and have so since the mid 1600's, and it cannot be repealed.
It only comes to light occasionaly when it suits some fancy lawyers case, most of the others and a hell of a lot of those bananas in goverment wish it didn't exist.
Like bananas going into storage,
politicians go in green turn yellow and come out bent.
