It's a complete farce...even if the Tories give the Lib-Dems a referendum on Google Page Ranking they have already said they will retain the right to campiagn for a "NO" vote... that means we will have a Government spending a lot of time and a lot of the taxpayers money, working to get a No vote on a referendum they have set up ...crazy!
the same could happen if the Lib-Dems join Labour.
